Pradeep is a senior technology leader with nearly 30 years of IT and engineering experience, and a decade focused on identity solutions. As Senior Director of Product Architecture at Veza, he draws on his deep technical expertise to help organizations adopt modern identity security frameworks. Pradeep previously led the IT identity and Productivity Automation team at CrowdStrike, driving to create synergy between Identity, Collaboration and AI for maximum employee productivity. His hands-on background includes key engineering roles at Netflix and Splunk (now Cisco), where he mastered resiliency at scale and began his identity engineering journey.  An "engineer with a director's cape," Pradeep remains an active tinkerer, creating "art-of-the-possible" concepts and enabling teams through "in the trenches" collaborative, technical direction and mentorship.  Outside of work, Pradeep has embraced the new digital underground of AI-assisted development - from creating mobile apps to funky beats for fun.  Other than that, Pradeep is an immense resource of dad jokes and puns.
