Join us for an exciting opportunity to explore the capabilities of Google DeepMind's Gemma and transform innovative ideas into impactful AI applications.
Whether you're passionate about Generative AI, Agentic AI, multimodal experiences, local language solutions, or solving real-world challenges, this hackathon is your chance to collaborate, experiment, and showcase your creativity using one of Google's most capable open models.
Work alongside fellow developers, AI enthusiasts, students, and professionals to build solutions addressing meaningful challenges across domains such as education, healthcare, accessibility, productivity, civic engagement, agriculture, and more.
Projects will be evaluated by an expert judging panel based on Gemma Integration, Innovation & Impact, Functionality, and Presentation, with all final submissions hosted through Kaggle.
Participation is completely FREE.
Team size must be 3 members.
Solo participation is not permitted.
Every participant must register individually.
The Team Leader must create the team and ensure all members join it on the registration platform.
Only complete teams will be considered for evaluation.
The Team Leader will be responsible for submitting the team's selected problem statement and other required details.
No project submission or presentation is required during the registration phase. Further submission instructions will be shared with the shortlisted teams.
Due to the overwhelming response from the community, only the top 35 teams will be shortlisted to participate in the in-person Build with Gemma: Nagpur Hackathon.
Shortlisted teams will receive an official confirmation via email, along with further instructions regarding the event schedule, venue, submission process, and participation guidelines.
Only officially approved teams will be allowed entry to the in-person event.
