  • Held exclusively in Mumbai(Travel & Accommodation is not included)

  • Selection: This is an exclusive Project Showcase & Presentation round.

  • Only the Top 30 Teams from the Pre-Hackathon will be shortlisted to travel to Mumbai and present their solutions to the judges.

 🧠 Thematic Challenge Track (Special Category)

In collaboration with our Academic Partner – Jio Institute, we introduce the Thematic Challenge Track as part of Build & Grow AI Hackathon 2.0

• Teams opting for these problem statements are evaluated like all other teams and remain fully eligible for the main hackathon prizes.
• At the Grand Finale, the top-performing team under this track will also receive:

• 💰 ₹5,000 cash prize (separate from the main hackathon prizes)

• ​Team Size: Participants may compete individually or in teams of up to a maximum of 3 members.

• ​Registration Cost: Free of Charge (Registration is mandatory).

• ​Important: The submitted ticket will be directed solely to the team lead responsible for completing the registration form.

• ​Registration Deadline: Ticket sales conclude at 12:00 AM on 16th January 2026.

• ​Laptops are Compulsory: This is a coding-intensive hackathon. Please bring your own device, fully charged. Participants without a laptop will NOT BE ADMITTED.

• ​Be on Time: The event will begin sharp at 2:00 PM. Late arrivals may affect team formation and participation eligibility.

• ​Personal Belongings: The management is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items; you are solely responsible for your belongings.

• ​Open to Professionals & Students: Please carry a valid Government ID (for professionals) or College ID (for students) for verification at the registration desk.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Team Registration Instructions Please Read Before Registering:

This registration form must be completed by the Team Lead ONLY.

• One Ticket Per Team: A single ticket will be generated for the Team Lead. This single ticket grants entry to your entire team (maximum 3 members).

• Do Not Duplicate: Please do not have every team member register individually.

• Teammate Details: You will be asked to provide the names of your teammates in the questions below.

If you are participating as an individual, simply leave the teammate name fields blank.
