Alysse Soll is the CEO of underdog advisory, part of underdog venture team, leading a team of domain experts committed to sourcing, advising and fundraising for innovative sports technologies to drive the best possible outcomes for companies and properties in the sports ecosystem.

Alysse is a 17-year veteran of the National Hockey League, launching the San Jose Sharks in

1990, where she pioneered fan acquisition platforms adopted by all NHL teams and other North

American professional leagues. At the NHL, Alysse first launched and led the Fan Development Department driving global fan engagement through an era of unprecedented growth. She later launched the NHL’s first marketing department, driving digital engagement and programming.

Alysse moved from sports to driving innovation in digital media and AdTech with senior positions at Time Warner, digital advertising, and mobile agencies.

Alysse is an Angel investor, capital fundraiser and M&A for sports tech startups (pre-seed through Series A). She is a certified (Series 7, Series 63) representative with Omnicap, LLC Broker/ Dealers.

Alysse is actively engaged as an advisor across the startup sports technology and digital media ecosystems and serves as a judge and mentor for Stadia Ventures, Mass Challenge, Comcast/NBCUniversal Sports Tech Accelerator and DivInc. Accelerator.

Alysse serves on non-profit Boards, as the Chair of WIST (Women in Sports Tech) and as Deal Co-Chair of the Harvard Business School Alumni Angels where she also leads the Sports sector investments. Alysse serves on corporate Boards including Healium, a health and wellness tech company.

Alysse is a graduate of Cornell University with a BA in Japanese Studies and Harvard Business School, Advanced Management.

Garrett Klugh is the COO of Falk Ventures. He is an internationally recognized Olympian and frequent guest speaker, lecturer, and panelist in the sports-tech industry. Mr. Klugh earned his undergraduate degree at San Diego State University and his MBA from George Washington University. At SDSU, Mr. Klugh served as the President of the men’s rowing team. He went on to represent the U.S. on six National Teams and one Olympic Team (Athens 2004). Mr. Klugh won the World Rowing Championship in 1999 and was honored to be selected by his peers as the Athlete Representative on the Board of Directors for USRowing.

Nate is a Managing Partner with HTX Sports Tech and currently working with the City of Houston as the Innovation Advisor - providing operational insights, improving efficiencies and innovating through the use of data and technology.

Prior to co-founding HTX Sports Tech Nate served as an Implementation Specialist with the Houston Astros, where he was responsible for the management of external and internal projects for business operations and the implementation of technology solutions aimed at improving business operations.

He began his career in Ticket Operations working with the University of Cincinnati, Complete Ticket Solutions, Baltimore Orioles, Cleveland Indians [Guardians], and Houston Astros, where he oversaw ticket system transitions, integration of hardware and software, led strategic digital ticket initiatives, enhanced the adoption of loyalty programs, and researched emerging technologies that supported strategic organizational initiatives and innovation.

A native of Ohio, Nate hold’s a bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, and went on to earn his MBA from St. Thomas University in Miami, FL.

Juan Juan, 20+ years experience in Product Design/Management working with several tech startups and Fortune 500 companies like Apple and Schwab. Also, worked at two natural language processing startups, launched a couple startups prior to Fanalyze and filed a few patents. Juan was part of a popular hip hop dance group, Dangerous Image, in the early 90's and was the top hip hop dance crew in California winning dance competitions.

Christina is a endurance sports and wellness entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Skilled in Event Planning, Customer Service, Coaching, and Instructional Design.
