Welcome to DeployFest 2026! We at GDG Cloud Bengaluru have engineered this single-day, high-intensity buildathon specifically for developers who love to ship real-world solutions. Our mission is to move beyond "idea-only" hackathons; here, we focus on actual deployments. You’ll be challenged to build and launch a functional project on Google Cloud Platform, using the latest in GenAI and Vertex AI.

We’ve designed the environment to be a true builder’s paradise. We’re providing every participant with some GCP credits, so you don't have to worry about the bill while you experiment.

No pre-building, no head starts, just pure engineering talent and collaborative grit. 09:00 AM — Check-in & Breakfast: Grab your badges, find your table, and fuel up. We’ll get everyone settled before the clock starts.

09:30 AM — Keynote & Reveal: We’ll kick things off with opening remarks and the big reveal of the classified problem statement.

10:00 AM — The Sprint Begins: The 7-hour hack starts now. Our mentors will be roaming the floor to help you navigate GCP architecture and deployment hurdles.

01:00 PM — Working Lunch: No need to break your flow. We’ll deliver lunch directly to your table so you can keep the code moving.

05:00 PM — Strict Code Freeze: Hands off the keyboards! All GitHub repos and GCP deployments must be locked in for judging.

05:30 PM — Rapid Pitches: It’s showtime. Every team gets 3 minutes on stage to demo their live deployment to our panel of experts.

07:30 PM — Winners Announced: We’ll wrap up the day by announcing the top three teams, handing out prizes, and networking with the community.
