Using Google Cloud and Gemini CLI we will Design and implement a "Judge Agent" that automates the quality assurance of code. You will create a strict system prompt that acts as a Senior Architect, comparing a Product Requirements Document (PRD) against Generated Code to produce a JSON-based compliance score.
