Women Techmakers’ International Women’s Day (IWD) campaign brings together thousands of technologists to celebrate, connect, and learn. Globally, it’s a moment to recognise the incredible contributions of women, and a call to action to accelerate gender equity.

Breaking the pattern means stopping the habit of accepting things just because they’ve always been that way. This is the moment to disrupt old biases, step into spaces where we weren’t expected, and rewrite the rules of who gets to shape technology’s future.
