About this event

Colaboratory is a free Jupyter notebook environment that requires no setup and runs entirely in the cloud. Plotly's Dash is a Python framework for building analytical web applications and is well supported in the colab environment.

On Grounds at UVA, Drupal is the standard for content management - with robust permission schemas and simple GUIs for ingesting, storing, and editing data. Drupal 8 RESTful API generation with views is an off-the-shelf, programming-free solution for passing data along to mining tools such as R and Python.

Walk through the process processing data from UVa sites in to Jupyter notebooks we will ingest the content and perform statistical analysis for graphing with Plotly.
