What is the WTM Ambassador Program?

The WTM Ambassador program is a global initiative by Google and Technovation designed to empower leaders who are passionate about gender equity in tech. Ambassadors act as event organizers, public speakers, content creators, and mentors, executing at least one tech-focused community activity every quarter.

Who Should Apply?

You do not need to be a traditional "diversity champion" or hold a specific technical job title to apply. We are looking for:

1. Active community members already doing advocacy or community-building work.
2. Individuals newer to advocacy but with clear intent and relevant experience.
3. Passionate people from diverse backgrounds, in both technical and non-technical roles.

Application Timeline & Tips

We will walk you through the application process and provide tips for a standout submission.

• Stage 1 (Written Application): Closes on June 22, 2026! We will help you prep your technical experience and community impact statements.
• Stage 2 (Video Submission): June 29 – July 6, 2026.
