About this event

• What we'll do
We're happy to have Linda Peng as our speaker this month!
Linda is a developer at ActionKit.com and co-organizer at Women Who Code East Bay meetup.
She's interested in social justice, fandom, communities, making videos, recording music, and creating spaces for people to connect.
Follow her on Twitter (@lpnotes).

She is the creator of CodeBuddies (https://github.com/codebuddies), a project built up by multiple core contributors, and she will discuss valuable trials and lessons she's experienced in leading a popular open-sourced community.

We will have dinner provided at the event at no charge, so please feel free to come by after your busy workday. Attendees will enter in a raffle to win prizes anywhere from Firebase shirts to a Daydream VR set. One attendee will be chosen per meetup event.

Looking forward to seeing you all soon!
