About the Workshop

In this 90-minute interactive session, participants will take on Scrum roles, plan sprints and build a working product using Lego bricks — from individual components to a complete mini city.

The workshop brings Agile principles to life through fast iteration, practical collaboration and real-world Scrum dynamics.

A session focused on sharing tips and best practices for presenting business ideas effectively. Participants will learn how to structure their pitch, engage the audience, and communicate their vision with confidence and clarity.
