1:00 PM	Toss & Tactics	A 15-minute breakdown of the game plan. We’ll reveal the challenge parameters, the "vibe coding" rules, and the logic required to win.
1:30 PM	First Innings	Match Starts + Coding Begins: The livestream is up. Devs start building their projects while the first half of the match plays.
3:15 PM	Strategic Timeout	Mid-Match Break: Quick energy boost (food/snacks). Advocates do a "round-table" to help anyone stuck on their code.
3:45 PM	Run Chase	Optimization: Second innings begins. Devs finalize their features and start testing their "Micro-Solutions" against live play.
4:45 PM	The Final Over	The Social Loop: Participants record their screen/video and post on social media with #GoogleCloud #GoogleCloudAPL #BuildwithAI .
