Build with AI is a global event series powered by Google Developer Groups (GDG), bringing developers together to learn and build using Google's latest artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies, and we're bringing it to FUNAAB.

Join us, in partnership with GDG On Campus (FUNAAB Branch), for a half-day of hands-on learning, inspiring talks, and meaningful connections with the university tech community as we dive into Generative AI, Gemini, and Google's broader AI/ML ecosystem. Whether you're a beginner curious about AI or an experienced developer looking to sharpen your edge, this workshop will give you the knowledge and tools to build real, working projects.

What to expect:

• Practical, hands-on workshops using Google's latest AI tools — Gemini API, Google AI Studio, Agents, and more

• Inspiring talks from industry experts and Google Developer Experts

• Real-world mini-projects you'll build during the sessions

• Networking with developers, founders, and AI enthusiasts in FUNAAB.

• A chance to ask questions, share ideas, and leave with skills you can apply immediately

Who this is for: Beginners exploring AI for the first time, developers who want to integrate Generative AI into their projects, and experienced students/professionals expanding their skill set. No prior AI experience required — just curiosity and a willingness to build.

• Open to All Students; Invite your friends.

• Bring your laptop (highly recommended), fully charged, to participate in the hands-on sessions. If you don't have one, please come, as some of the things could be done on your phone.
